Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped with a chosen carrier with a tracked or non tracked option and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.
Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the dispatch of your goods, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order (UK only).
We regret that we are unable to accept payment by high street vouchers, purchase orders or any other form of payment other than credit/debit cards when shopping online.
Validation checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer.
Please note:
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we may instruct a third party to validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). For further information see our Privacy Policy
We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.
Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
